What Should I Do About An L5-S1 Disc Bulge And Severe Left Leg Sciatica Which Makes Me Limp?

Hi I am a 39 year female was suffering from severe back pain for last 2months got a MRI done recently was diagnosed with L5 S1 disc bulge and straightening of the lumbar spine. After few days experienced severe sciatic pain on left leg I was not able to put my left foot on the floor , went for some ayurvedic massage symptoms were relieved by 30% and I was able to walk on my own but not properly I limp, and can t stand or walk for more than a minute. Please help me out with this.
