What Should I Do About Backache And Pain In The Right Hip Joint?

Hi good morning doctor. C/O :- backache and pain in right hip joint . MRI shows :- (1) mild posterior disc bulges at L4-L5 , L5- S1 levels , causing mild indentation over thecal sac without significant neural compression. (2) posterior disc bulges at C4-C5 to C6-C7 levels , causing indentation over anterior subarachnoid space. What should I do next? Is problem serious??
