What Should I Do About Burning In My Right Nostril And A Bad Odor After An Upper Tooth Extraction With A Sinus-root Connection And Bone Graft?

Hi. I recently had a tooth pulled on my upper right that the dentist said the root was in my sinus. It was pulled by an oral surgeon that dismissed the fact of the root placement and gave me a bone graft at the time of the extraction as well. Since then I’ve had a burning in my right nostril and a terrible odor only I can smell when I bend over. My nose does not run either. What should I do.
