What Should I Do About Chest Pain That Worsens When I Lie Down?

I went to the hospital Wednesday they said there was an Abnormality in my chest x-ray they said it wasn t an ammonia because I wasn t coughing and on the paperwork it says to check back in with a primary doctor ever since I ve been having chest pain and it s more difficult to lay down to sleep. I cannot get a drs appointment till mid october what should i do
