What Should I Do About Diarrhea For The Last 3 Days When I Can Only Tolerate Small Amounts Of Food And Feel Very Tired?

I had loose motion for 3 days. Stomach had not been digested. I am a diabetic patient. After treatment for loose motion I am not able to eat normally. Only liquids and small quantities of rice and Kiwi fruit and Mathulai fruit have been taken. I am not able to work normally and tired.
