What Should I Do About Experiencing Cough And Throat Itchiness While Taking Montelukast And Pneumotyl?

The findings on my xray said that lungs fields: unremarkable Cardiac shadow: not enlarged Diaphragm,lateral costophrenic sulci and visualized bony thorax: unremarkable. Still i suffer from cough and colds. I already intake the meds that the doctor recommended me for 7 days.. the montelucast and the pneumotyl..still i have this cough.. and itchiness on my throat. What will i do.

Hi,

It looks like you have allergic cough. It can be post viral. A course of medicine with anti-allergy and mucolytic will be helpful. Avoid AC and cold foods, milk and citrus fruits.
