What Should I Do About Jaundice, Rashes And Loose Motions After Medication In An Infant?

My baby was born on 12th May 2022, on 13th, she was diagnosed jaundice, next day she had an elarge, her skin gon red and small poxes appears. Dr gave Cecon and an antibiotic. Poxes and allergy disappeared in a day but she started loose motion. Blue ribbon test is not done yet. Please suggest what to do.
