What Should I Do About Left Rib Cage Pain That Returned After Cycling, With Upper Stomach Discomfort?

Hello , I got an asthema attack and severe coughing from November 2023. Dute to severe coughing I got pain in both side of my rib cage. Doctor prescribes me pregabolin 75 for 1 month. After taking that my right side rib cage pain gone and little pain was there in left side. Now from last week I tried to learn bicycle daily for more than half an hour. After that from 5th day my left side rib cage pain suddenly came and now it s again raining like I got it first time. My left side lower rib cage paining with a middle like pain sensation in upper stomach. Please advise me what should I do?
