What Should I Do About My High Fever And Discharge Two Weeks After Giving Birth, Despite Taking Ibuprofen As Advised?

Hi i just gave birth about 2 weeks ago, In have been experiencing high fever since yesterday morning and during the day. My temp right now is 39.2 and im also experiencing discharge. Please advise me what i should do regarding this. I was advised by one GP to take Ibuprofen or panados but still im not well.....please assist me
