What Should I Do About My Kidney Stones And Enlarged Spleen?

Hi,So today I got my ultrasound report and found I have two kidney stone of 3.2 and 4.5 mm with some kidney swelling. But I also found my enlarged spleen of size 114 mm.Though I do not have any pain in mu shoulder or anywhere but i do have some pain near kidney which I think is due to the kidney stone. Please suggest me what should I do now I am very much worried about my spleen.
