What Should I Do About Pain In Various Parts Of My Body Despite Normal ECG, Echo, And TMT Results?

Hi sir, I had a acid reflux last month after that I go to anxiety and did ECG,Echo and also they are normal , after correcting anxiety Still I feel little pain in different parts of body like middle chest,left chest sometime right chest ,neck ,jaw shoulder ,back pain. So that I have done already TMT which is also normal . What will I do.
