What Should I Do About Painful Lymph Nodes And Is Medical Intervention Necessary For Relief?

Hi I have a hard lymp in neck where head and neck joint starts at the distance of 2 inches from right ear.it was developed in August 2022 but I had no pain.but at the start of October,I had ear pain plus headache which was fine after some medication. I had lymps at right side too which were cured as doctor gave me Vitamin D plus vitamin C.but the lump at right side didn t cure. Now I have pain that lymp which is quite soft than before plus have pain around this. Lymp at left side is smaller in size and also has pain but not too much like right side lymp.its getting painful.
