What Should I Do About Persistent Abdominal Pain Despite Three Weeks Of Treatment For Severe Gastritis?

I had severe pain in my abdomen around the umbilicus then in hospital using endoscopy they recognised that I have severe gastritis. I started medication for three weeks now but the episodes of pain are not recovered. What else should I do to relieve these pain?
