What Should I Do About Persistent Fever, Severe Throat Symptoms Despite Multiple Antibiotics Negative Mono And Strep Tests?

Hi, I’ve had a 99.8 to 101 fever for two weeks straight. Two sets of negative mono and strep tests. But I have tons of white patches and large visible veins in my throat ,It’s making it difficult to swallow and sometimes breathe. I’ve gotten no answers and have been cycled through multiple antibiotics. I’m not sure what else To do other than go to the ER at this point.
