What Should I Do About Persistent Throat Pain, Headache, And Fever Despite Taking Amoxicillin?

I started having headache,fever for the past Four days now,with throat pain and I bought amoxil still on it but the throat pain refuses to calm down,initially the first day I took the amoxil I thought I was healed because I couldn t feel the throat pain,someone instructed me to use Dettol to gargle that the sore throat will disappear.pls what will I do it pains alot.
