Hello,

The intermittent fungal infection you are facing in your genitalia needs further investigation as per my opinion. Was the actual antifungal therapy was not long enough to eradicate the infection? You should pay more attention to the hygiene of your genitalia especially if you are living in hot areas. Avoid perfumed intimal cleansers. Try not to use razors to remove hair from your genitalia as it will aggravate the symptoms.

Do wear cotton underwear to help perspiration and prevent infections. Avoid sugary drinks / foods, or other refined foods until betterment. Try to check these daily, correct your daily habits, and observe if you will have any improvement.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
