What Should I Do About Sudden High Fever With Sweating And Difficulty Breathing After Having Loose Motions?

I was having loose motions and fever for 2days and on the 3rd day suddenly I had difficulty in breathing with high fever. Then I took paracetamol due to which fever came a bit down and I was sweating. So what should I do if I get such type of attack again. Prefer some medicine if possible.
