What Should I Do About Swelling And Pain Around The Eye Of A Toddler After Applying Turmeric To A Bleeding Eyebrow Injury?

Hi my name is palak! I have a daughter of 2 years old. she fell from stairs and got hurt near eyebrow. the bleeding was not stopping so i applied turmeric 2-3 times. after 5 hours i tried to clean the area via dettol anticeptic liquid but the turmeric dint come out and it was paining to her. after 18 hours there is swelling in her entire one eye. what should i do. she is not letting me use ice.
