What Should I Do About Tonsillitis, Unclear Speech, And Bow Legs In My Toddler?

Good morning sir am from Nigeria. My son has tosillitis the ENT doctor said we leave it till he is 4 years he is 3+ now but I discover his speech is not clear. The scan show is not affecting his speech but his speech is not clear. Also his leg is not straight is as if is k leg which is ricket pls what can I do
