What Should I Do About Upper Right Abdominal Pain, Constipation, And Bloating Post Right-sided Bruising From An Injury?

Hi, 4 days ago I fell and hit my right side on a metal stool it bruised. A day later I got this pain in upper right side of abdomen. Constipated and bloated started. Hurts to stand up or to sit down but goes away after sitting or standing in same position. I’ve had my gallbladder removed. What should I do
