What Should I Do After A Firework Exploded Near My Left Ear And Now I Have Throat Pain On That Side?

Hey I was watching some fireworks last night and one of them went the wrong direction and went the other way and ended up passing through my left ear and blowing up I heard ringing for couple minutes and the next couple days I started getting throat pain in my back left area hurts to swallow I’m not sure if It’s my tonsil any tips on what to do would help thanks
