What Should I Do After A Minor, Non-bleeding Scratch From A Street Dog S Paw That Caused Slight Swelling?

hello doctors. i have a question regarding the dog minor scratch. i got a minor scratch from a street dog while playing with him. it was through his paw. it didnt bleed but it get minor swelling near scratch. I applied detol there. 10 days back i took tetnus injection as well. what should i do now?
