What Should I Do After Accidentally Drinking A Small Amount Of Cleaning Chemical Mixed With Water, And Could Activated Charcoal Help?

I think I accidentally drank germ x with water or Lysol with water. it was only two swigs but my head and stomach started hurting. So I threw up and I drank milk and more water to get the pain in my stomach to go away. Now(a few hours after drinking it) I’ve noticed my stomach still hurts a little, I have a dry throat, and the right side of my neck keeps tightening up and I have no appetite even though I threw up all my dinner. What could be happening? Am I all right ? What should I do? Will an activated charcoal pill help me? Ps the mixture was majority water but there was definitely some sort of cleaning chemical in it
