What Should I Do After Accidentally Ingesting Bread With Karvol On It Followed By Nausea And Dry Heaves?

Good afternoon, I accidentally got karvol on my bread while making my bread because I didn t realize my kids wiped the karvol all over the counter top after eating more than half the bread I smelt the karvol on my bread. I can now taste the karvol in my mouth and I am feeling very nauseated keep on gagging like I need to vomit but it s not coming out. What can I do please?
