What Should I Do After Accidentally Swallowing About 8 Drops Of Dettol Post Which I Vomited Thrice?

Hello I was out of my mind I didn t realised what I was doing I drank 7-9drops of Dettol I regretted after that I drank 3-4glasses of water, even vomitted thrice..the first vomit was whitish and the 2nd , 3rd all the food I ate came out ..I m scared what should I do next?
