What Should I Do After Scraping My Knee And Getting Two Raw Patches, Apart From Applying Neosporin?

I fell and scraped my knee. Not a lot of bleeding but the knee is grazed and skin came off leaving two raw looking patches. Cleaned and applied Neosporin. Should I do anything else? It has been three days and I left it open to dry. Should I cover it when bathing? Thanks
