What Should I Do After Swallowing A Wooden Peg?

I have swallowed a wooden peg from a pickled herring.

It is 1.5 inches long by 5 mm wide with an angled point , tapering from each side of the 5mm width

Will it digest , feel absolutely fine , not unduly concerned , but want to make sure I do the right thing.

The only issue was , it stuck in my throat a little on the way down.

Good day!
Some thing once passed the narrowet path in GIT throat , it will come out eventually but the texture you mentioned., better to seek a gastroenterologist and let him decide if any thing can be done about it.
good luck
