What Should I Do As Feel Pressure In My Head?

i have pressure in my head (behind eyes/upper nose- nose not stuffed or runny), i feel very fatigued, am having trouble concentrating, and am having sensitivity to smell. i was out drinking on wednesday night and thought i was hungover but its been almost a week and i didnt drink that much.any idea whats wrong with me?

First of all you should quit alcohol as soon as possible. This is not a good habit.
You need to follow certain lifestyle modifications for better symptomatic relief in migraine.
So follow these steps.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid fasting and take your meals timely.
3. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
4. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
5. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
6. Take propranolol and flunarizine combination at night time before bed.
7. Avoid oily and spicy food, avoid junk food.
8. Avoid eye straining activities like excessive mobile, laptop, television watching etc.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
