What Should I Do As Just Feel Pee Like After Cocaine?

Is it normal to feel like I constantly need to urinate after snorting large amounts of cocaine? I will go to the bathroom but am unable to urinate - nothing comes. Yet two second after I leave the bathroom I feel like I need to pee again and am peeing my pants.

It's pretty common. Cocaine makes people nervous and twitchy, both of which make the bladder spasm and feel irritated. There can be infection or STD unrelated to the cocaine, but mostly it is the effect of the cocaine on the nerves.
