What Should I Do As Mu Body Hurts And Sweats On Thyroid?

I have thyroid disease sometimes it hypo sometimes hyper I in the last year I've lost mustle tone I get confused my body hurts I have no energy and I'm losing weight I have to change my clothes sometimes 3it times a night from sweat my body hurts and I'm so emotional
I'm 32 and been on thyroid meds since 23 off and on

Here night sweat and heat intolerance like symptoms can be because of hyperthyroidism ....

For more comment thyroid report needed .
Like .1.TSH
2.T4 ( free )
If tsh low and t4 high than propylthiouracil like medication has to be started. ....

After starting treatment regular thyroid reporting has to be done ....esp at three month to adjust dosage .

If dose not adjusted esp in hypothyroid than chance of overtreatment is there and secondary hyperthyroid can occur ...

So investigate with thyroid report and accordingly management done ....
Regular follow up also needed. ..
Advise : consult physician for examination...
