What Should I Do For A Jammed Ring Finger That Still Hurts And Has Limited Motion 3 Months Later?

I jammed my ring finger about 3 months ago. I did nothing to treat it. It still hurts, so, I put a splint on it 2 days ago. Today I took it off just to see how it was doing. it s still tender and my range of motion is much worse. ( I can t bend it very far, it wants to stay straight.) What would you suggest, Should I Keep it in a splint? Any other advice?
