What Should I Do For A Large Armpit Abscess I Drained, Now Swollen With Exposed Flesh?

Hi i have a huge abscess in my armpit that i popped a couple hours ago and drained it not its just swollen i can see the red flesh inside it and i used Dettol afterwards to clean it up and put a gauze and taped it up and i also took augmentin antibiotic that i had laying around do i need to do anything else im in alot of pain
