What Should I Do For A Pain After Accidently Putting A Q Tip Into My Inner Ear?

Hi, I accidentally jammed a q tip into my inner ear while cleaning the outer ear. There was a single popping sound and intense pain for about a minute but no blood. Now there is a dull pain, especially if I yawn or swallow. I can hear out of the injured ear, but it is a little muffled. Should I visit a doctor immediately or wait a few days to see if it heals on its own?

Please visit doc immediately and get ear examined, if everything seems OK, nothing to worry. If something is wrong, its easier to correct it now than doing it later
