What Should I Do For A Painful Wart Behind The Right Foot?

i have a wart on the back off my foot right where my achilles tendon is. i have had it frozen off twice but it just keeps growing back and it gets bigger. it will crust up and fall off on its own but then always comes back a month later. it is very painful too, what should i do? we have also tried the at home freezing kits.
