What Should I Do For A Swollen, Red, Painful Arm After Missing A Vein With A Methamphetamine Injection?

I did a shot of meth and i missed the vein 2 days ago its in the bend of my left arm i immediately applied a hot rag to it but it has swollen and hard and is so red with a lot of heat in it. I can barely move my arm and im sick and been in bed ever since what home remedy can i use to help even a little
