What Should I Do For An Injury On The Back And Front Of My Head?

Hi there I banged my head on the ground after a fall about 36 hours ago
I banged both the back of my head and the front of my forehead and near my eye
Which are bruised- I also have big lump on the back if my head- I have a content headache
Since should I go to my doctor ?

Yes you need to see a doctor for this and you need both skull and neck x-rays to make sure nothing is fractured
