What Should I Do For Diarrhea, And Lower Back And Stomach Pain At 38 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I m 38 weeks pregnant and the other day I had really bad lower back pain, so bad I couldn t move I am not dilated. Yesterday I started to have diarrhea, and lower back and stomach pain and now today I have all those symptoms plus now I m nauseous. Is this a sign of labor

well if you have nausea now, this could be because of cervical dilatation ongoing. with constant lower abdominal ache ( ? contractions) , you may be in pre-labour. its always better to visit your obstetrician asap for a review.
