What Should I Do For Leg Jerks, Sleeplessness, Excessive Urination, And A Heart Condition In An Elderly Patient?

Aoa my husband is 70+ he underwent brain surgery 13 months ago.Event at this time can t walk without walker.From 5 days he is facing severe jerks in his affected leg which lasting few seconds. Another thing he is heart patient, after a severe attack he had stanting. Can t sleep whole night and facing excessive urination. What should I do.Please guide me what to do as I don t want to take him any hospital cause coron is everywhere
