I d like to know why I'm dizzy , worried, anxious everyday . Light headed all day . Nervous. I went to the doctor once and they said everything was ok. They didn't know why I'm feeling this way. I wanna be normal like I used to be. What could it be ? Help me please! :/
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are going through a difficult time due to your anxiety problems. From the description of your symptoms, it appears that you are suffering from a generalized anxiety disorder.
However, you need a detailed evaluation to arrive at a definitive diagnosis and initiate appropriate treatment. So, I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further treatment. Effective treatment is available in the form of medication or counselling.
Wish you all the best.
