What Should I Do For My Toddler With Persistent Cough, Cold, And Fever Every 6 Hours, As Mefkind Fort And Kuka Aren’t Helping?

Hi my child is going to complete 4 in 2 weeks. He is about 14 Kg waight, looks too week as compared with other child as same age. He is having cough, cold and fever too in every 6 hour interval. From Last 2 days I am giving him mafkind fort 60 ml as 5 ml or does in 4 hour interval and for cough kuka but he have no relief in cough. No Dr is available nearby. What should I do as there is lockdown today.
