What Should I Do For Persistent Nausea, Acidity, And Poor Digestion With Elevated SGOT And SGPT Levels And A History Of Gallbladder Surgery?

Hi, I am 29 yrs old/female. I had symptoms of nausea, belching, aciditiy and abdomen pain on right side. SGOT 55 and SGPT 112 were the result of my LFT around 15 days back . I was given Silybon 140 ( once ) and udiliv 150 mg ( twice a day) since then. My abdomen pain is less now. But my nausea, acidity is still present. I am exercising and trying to eat good and light food. But nothing is helping my digestion. Please suggest what should i do. ( i have some pre-existing problems- hypothyroidism and migraine which are fine and i had gall bladder surgery last year)
