What Should I Do For The Random Pains In The Abdomen?

I'm 30 and found out a week ago, Monday, that I was just barely pregnant (HCG 8) after going to the ER for lower abdominal pain. I continue having my qualitative HCG checked bi-weekly to help rule out ectopic pregnancy, and after 9 days it has increased to 353. I continue to have random pains in the abdomen and back (not unbearable, but uncomfortable), also having gastrointestinal problems. I have not experienced any visible bleeding at this time. I'm just looking for the point at which I should go to the ER, or if I'm okay to continue to wait for further blood tests and follow-up ultrasound.
