What Should I Do Have A Normal Pregnancy With No More Weight Gain?

I am 28yrs old and 5.9'feet tall.I weigh 130kgs with no other medical complications. I am pregnant in my third month. I am obviously worried about my weight but wanted to know how safe it would be to go for a planned c-section. Pls guide me if there are any ways to not gain weight and complete my pregnancy atleast with the same weight.

hello dear,i understand your concern. In my opinion your BMI comes under more than 30.So you might not need to put up more weight.Take healthy low calorie nutritional diet. There might be risk for gestational diabetes in case of excess weight. But dont worry with proper care it can be avoided.Practice antenatal workouts or yoga daily.Planned caesarian section might be a option when normal delivery is not possible.
