What Should I Do If I Accidentally Swallowed A Piece Of Cello-tape And Now Feel Discomfort And Itching In My Uvula?

Hi two days before I accidentally swallowed a piece of cellotape very time but now I feel it got stuck somewhere in my ulva I can feel the itch and discomfort . What should I do. Really anxious about it as it’s allot small but still giving allot pain after two days also
