What Should I Do If I Feel A Lump Near My Sternal Notch After Choking, As If Something Is Still Stuck?

Hi. I choked yesterday night ,while tossing and having germinated gram seasoned with fresh coriander leaves. I have tried to clear my throat but ever since, I have a lump like feeling at around my sternal notch. It is as if something is stuck . I am otherwise stable. What would be the next best thing to do in this case. Many thanks.
