What Should I Do If I Hit My Head On A Pool Bottom, Have Neck Pain, And Suspect A Concussion?

My coach threw me into the water because he thought it was funny but I hit my head on the bottom of the swimming pool. I haven t told anyone yet, but I feel like I have a concussion and every single part of my head hurts. When I move my neck it hurts. What should I do?
