What Should I Do If A Vaccinated Dog Bit Me, I Previously Had Anti-rabies Shots, And Now The Bite Area Is Swollen After Applying Savlon?

My god bit me while playing. He is vaccinated and I got my anti rabies injections in 2018 and booster for the same in 2019. After the bite I washed it with running water and applied savlon on a cotton and let it stay the whole night on the wound. Today morning the area of the bite seems to have swollen like it is tight with water inside. To me it seems to be due to savlon for such a scrape of teeth has happened before on many occasions and healed on its own. What should I do next?
