What Should I Do If My 2 Year Old Has Swallowed Dettol?

doctor my son 2 years old i left him for 2 minutes , i returned back to find him spilling detol beside him and i am afraid that he may put some in his mouth but i smell his breath and tongue but nothing , i gave him milk but no symptoms has shown this happened 2 hours ago

hello,detol is a corrosive can cause bronchospam,airway difficculty leading to brathlessness. kindly observe ur kid for any respiratory difficulty or else have a visit with er physician for evalauation.
