What Should I Do If My Finger Is Swollen, Throbbing, And Has Pus After Being Pricked By My Diabetic Needle?

hi, a couple days ago I accidentally got pricked by my own diabetic needle in the finger. This has happened before and it normally doesn’t hurt or anything more for more than a day or 2. But this time my finger is a tad swollen, is throbbing and under the skin there’s a circle with blood and white puss I think
