What Should I Do If My Husband Has Been Vomiting Repeatedly With Chills Since Early Morning And Can’t Keep Anything Down?

My Husband Has been throwing up once about 1 this morning on and off. It’s like everything 30 to a hour he has to throw up. He says he is getting chills. He can’t stop throwing up. We tried salt twice to see if that helps. I’m so sad I don’t know what do to for him help me please
